Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

All of our in-stock outerwear is usually shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped out from the USA. All domestic USA orders are usually shipped via UPS ground shipping (signature required).  

All Canadian orders are shipped with DHL Express and generally arrive within 2 business days (all duties/taxes are managed and paid by Samuel Reiz Apparel).  

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. All taxes, duties/customs and shipping fees are included in the product listing's price. 

Return & Exchange Policy:  

If you aren’t satisfied with your order for any reason you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of confirmed delivery.  The order must be in new unworn condition with all tags attached.

In order to initiate a return/exchange please email customercare@samuelreiz.com within 15 days of delivery, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.  Returns must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label or within 15 days of confirmed delivery, whichever is later.

We do accept international returns from outside the USA and Canada, however we will not pay for the return shipping.
