Shipping Information
Most domestic USA and Canadian orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement with Express 1-2 shipping.
Orders being shipped outside the USA or Canada will be shipped with Fedex/DHL 3-5 day shipping.
All taxes, duties/customs and shipping fees are included in the product listing's price.
Return & Exchange Policy:
If you aren’t satisfied with your order for any reason you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of confirmed delivery. The order must be in new unworn condition with all tags attached.
In order to initiate a return/exchange please email customercare@samuelreiz.com within 15 days of delivery, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Returns must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label or within 15 days of confirmed delivery, whichever is later.
We do accept international returns from outside the USA and Canada, however we will not pay for the return shipping.
